5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Once you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active mailing list within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained longer for statistical purposes.

9. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

We operate accounts on Twitter/X (@ForexDailySignals), Telegram, and TikTok. When you interact with us on those platforms, your data is also governed by those platforms' own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

9a. TikTok Account Connection

If you choose to connect your TikTok account via our Connect TikTok feature, we collect and store your TikTok open_id, display_name, and OAuth access and refresh tokens. These are used solely to publish daily forex analysis videos to your TikTok profile on your behalf. We do not access your followers, messages, or any data beyond what is required to publish video content. You may disconnect at any time, which permanently removes your tokens from our system. Token data is stored securely on our servers and is not shared with any third parties.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where our service providers are based. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
